Im very disappointed on how this project have developed so far. The place is dark at night, full of foreigners and garbage littered by the foreigners living at the shop lot. There’s dirty cloths, plastic bags with rotten food inside, egg shells and ciggerrete buds are every where, plus the outrages RM3.00 per entry parking that is suggested by the management. If this keep on like this, I would suggest the sunway prima developer to go into foreigner hostel developer instead of shop lots. I can’t see how the price of this place rise anyway.

Pls becareful and think twice before paid the deposite.
I’m the VICTIM paid the deposite RM 500 for phase 1 block N, 1 unit. But my bank loan is rejected. Nows, the developer forfeited my deposite with the reason I not interested for property – in fact i can’t get a house loan. While promoting this property to me, they did tell me there is refund if any solid reason happened. Nows, they twisted the word.
My money gone and saw a ugly face of who hungry for money. really DISAPPOINTED.

i would like to comment that for type G (Camellia) the price is consider expensive but i notice that in your specifications on flooring why the car porch no tiles even half,and wall tiles for bathroom the tiles only 1800 mm .by right the price for this house should complete with the above mentioned.
